What to do if you need to return an item to Encore Equestrian.....

New Tack and Apparel:

At Encore Equestrian our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

We are happy to make exchanges and refunds within 30 days of purchase provided that the item is returned in it's original packaging and condition with all tags intact.  All items must be accompanied by the original invoice.

Consignment Tack and Apparel:  *Store Credit Only*

Encore Equestrian will accept returns of consignment items within 7 days of purchase when accompanied by receipt.   Tags must be intact. **A store credit will be issued.
